These terms govern your use of curb2go.com and the Curb2Go platform, operated by GRID INYC LLC ("Curb2Go," "we," "us"). By creating an account, running a storefront, or placing an order through Curb2Go, you agree to these terms.

What Curb2Go is

Curb2Go is a platform that lets food truck owners ("Truck Owners") set up an online storefront, take orders, and receive payment from customers ("Customers"). Curb2Go is not a party to the sale of food — each order is a transaction between a Truck Owner and a Customer, and the Truck Owner is solely responsible for the food, its preparation, pricing, and fulfillment.

Accounts

Truck Owners must provide accurate business information when signing up and are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. Curb2Go may suspend or terminate an account for violation of these terms, fraud, or abuse.

Payments and fees

Payments are processed through Stripe Connect. By using Curb2Go, Truck Owners authorize Curb2Go to facilitate payment collection on their behalf and to deduct the applicable platform fee from each order before payout. Payouts may be held during an active dispute or the dispute-eligibility window as described in our processes.

Subscriptions and trials

Curb2Go may offer a free trial period to new Truck Owners. We reserve the right to limit free trials to one per payment method or business to prevent abuse.

Truck Owner responsibilities

• Comply with all applicable food safety, health, and business licensing laws
• Keep menu, pricing, hours, and location information accurate and current
• Honor orders placed through the platform or process cancellations/refunds in good faith

Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and pickup information
• Pick up orders within the stated window, or cancel in advance when possible
• Use the order-dispute process in good faith

SMS Terms

By providing your phone number at checkout, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Curb2Go related to your order, including order confirmations, pickup-ready alerts, and refund or dispute updates. With your separate, optional consent, you may also receive occasional marketing texts from the truck you ordered from (for example, where it's parked that day). Message frequency varies based on your order activity, or, for marketing texts, is occasional. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message — you'll receive one final confirmation and no further messages from that number. Reply HELP to any message for help, or email [email protected] with any questions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Prohibited use

You may not use Curb2Go for unlawful purposes, to defraud another user, to interfere with the platform's operation, or to attempt to access another account or storefront's data without authorization.

Disclaimers

Curb2Go is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Curb2Go is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of food sold by Truck Owners.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRID INYC LLC's total liability arising from use of Curb2Go is limited to the platform fees paid to Curb2Go in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Curb2Go after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
