Refund Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This policy explains how order cancellations, no-shows, and disputes are handled on Curb2Go. Food trucks using Curb2Go set their own menu and hours, but every order follows the same cancellation and refund process described here.
Cancelling an order
A customer can cancel an order before pickup using the cancel link in their order confirmation. A cancelled order is refunded to the original payment method. Refunds are issued by Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
No-shows
If a customer does not pick up an order within the stated pickup window, the order may be marked as a no-show. Curb2Go holds payout on no-show orders for a short review window to allow either party to flag an issue before the truck is paid out.
Disputes
If a customer believes an order was wrong, not fulfilled, or otherwise unsatisfactory, they can open a dispute using the link in their order confirmation. Opening a dispute pauses payout release for that truck's pending orders until the dispute is resolved. Curb2Go reviews disputes in good faith but is not responsible for the food itself, which remains the Truck Owner's responsibility.
How refunds are issued
All refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Stripe. Curb2Go does not issue cash or alternate-method refunds.
